The Village of Lena Police Department is a 24/7 service with authority over Village of Lena law enforcement issues, police officer disciplinary matters, public safety issues, Village traffic codes and the implementation of all applicable village policies.

Streets
The Village of Lena Street Department is responsible for maintenance of public buildings, street lighting, streets, alleys, sidewalks, and all public property within the corporate limits of the Village of Lena except for water and sewer lines. The authority of the Street Department also encompasses the implementation of all applicable Village policies.

The Village of Lena Sewer Department is responsible for maintaining and operating Lena’s sanitary sewer lines, wastewater treatment facility, all related sewer department infrastructure and implementation of all applicable Village policies.
