The Village of Lena is making critical investments to address stormwater flooding and wastewater treatment plant issues. To fund these $7.7 million improvements, utility bills will increase starting January 2024, with a $4.00 rise in the Storm Drainage Fee and a $25.00 rise in the Sewer Capital Fee.
